Return Period
Customers may return the product within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Faulty Products
If the product you receive is faulty, damaged or significantly different from its description on our website, please contact our customer service at chillsupport@flipflopchill.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement, store credit or full refund, including any shipping costs.
Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at chillsupport@flipflopchill.com.
Exceptions for Size Exchanges
At Flip Flop & Chill, we understand the importance of a perfect fit. That's why we offer size exchanges on our products.
If you need to exchange an item due to size issues, you simply have to cover our manufacturing cost and the shipping fee for the new item. As a bonus, you get to keep the original pair for free!

Shipping
