When you place your order, we begin making your items as quickly as possible. Each item requires some time for the construction and curing before we can ship. Most orders ship within 1-2 days. During Q4, and peak season processing times can take up to 2-5 days.

Delivery Times

** THESE ARE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES. Sometimes there may be delays due to the shipping carrier or international customs sorting.

Order Fulfillment

We ship daily from Monday through Saturday, 52 weeks a year except for Sundays and holidays. Orders placed by 10.00 PM CST or 04.00 AM CET Sunday-Friday will start be made the next day. Occasionally orders may not ship the ‘next-day’ due to stock issues, lacking order information or billing delays. Orders placed on Saturdays will ship the following Monday or next open business day.

Note: Changes and cancellation of orders, sizes, colors, and address can only be made within 24hrs after the purchase.
