Returns
Our return policy lasts 14 days. Once you receive the purchased item and a 100% refund can be claimed within the first14 days. If the 14 days have gone by, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you happen to receive a defective item, we will send back another one express delivery at our charge, and provide you with an extra gift to apologize. Please note that defective items are a rare case scenario. 

Exchange

The item doesn't fit? Contact us within the first 14 days after you have received your purchase, return the item to our warehouse and we are more than happy to provide you with the perfectly fitting product. Guaranteed hassle free!

Lost & damaged items

Receive a FREE reshipment for damaged & lost items. Even these cases remain the exception and are caused by the postal service, we don't shy away and take the extra mile to make you smile !

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Extended shipping time
We do not grant refunds on items, which haven't arrived at the recipient's address. No refund will be given due to long shipping times.

Wrong shipping addresses

We can not be held responsible for wrong shipping addresses, which are entered by the customer / purchaser. Thus, we do not grant any refunds or returns on items, which do not arrive due to the provision of wrong or incorrect shipping addresses. It is considered as the customers responsibility and may bear full liability

How does our affiliate link work?

Share your affiliate link and receive 30% of purchases made by customers using your link/discount code.

How does the affiliate code work?

When your code gets used at the checkout, the customer receives 10% off and you receive 30% commission. 

What happens if I share my link and my discount code?

If you share your affiliate link and your code, you will receive 30% commission and the person using it receives 10% off at the checkout. You won't double up your commissions!

NOTE: Please be aware that if the customer doesn't use the link or the discount code at the checkout, we are unable to track those orders. All codes need to be entered at the checkout as we are unable to apply discount codes once a sale has been made.
